A free health camp has been conducted at Sisneri Higher Secondary School at Shreemahalaxmi Municipality-2 in the district with support from the Nepal Red Cross Society Lamatar Sub-branch office on Saturday.
A total of 170 locals received services in the one-day health camp, organizer said.
The health camp was organized with special initiative from the doctors associated with Nepal-Philippines Society.
A 30-member medical team including doctors Roshan Piya and Keyur Gautam carried out the heart, oral checkups and other general checkups of the locals and provided medicines for free to the needy.
X-ray, ECG and other checkups were also availed in the camp.
Doctors, themselves had managed all cost for the camp. RSS
