Ring-Found-via-Facebook-after-40-yearsA Georgia man got the surprise of a lifespan once he found his beloved class ring he had lost out of a car window over 40 years past through Facebook. MyFoxAtlanta.com reports Richard Hale assumed he would ne’er see the ring once more when he lost it close to Georgia school in 1972 whereas driving. “We were riding around with friends and for a few reason, I tossed one thing out the window, and once I did, I thought, ‘Oh no my ring is gone,'” Hale tells MyFoxAtlanta.com. However, Hale got the surprise of a lifespan once, nearly forty years later, his brother noticed the ring on Facebook. “I got a decision from my brother WHO lives in Tennessee; he is a giant Facebook fan,” he said. “Somebody’s found the ring.” That someone was Ellen Ramey, WHO says she continuously hoped she may reunite the ring with its owner when finding it four decades past. “My mother had a category ring,” Ramey told MyFoxAtlanta.com. “I wore it to high school and lost it and it simply stayed in my mind that it had been vital that these folks get their ring back.” The two connected via Facebook, and Ramey came the ring to Hale. Hale says he’s terribly happy to own the ring back. “My mother and pa sacrificed to get it,” Hale aforesaid.
