29 Nov, Kathmandu: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal said today that final preparations were on for making amendment to the constitution. 29 Nov, Kathmandu: Minister for Health, Gagan Kumar Thapa, has today met with Dean of Institute of Medicine (IOM), Dr KP Singh, and agitating Dr Govinda KC.
