KATHMANDU: Top leaders of four political parties who had reached an agreement to remove constitutional hurdles to form Chief Justice-led election government on Sunday, are sitting for talks in a bid to narrow down difference over other contentious issues.

A meeting of big for parties— the UCPN-Maoist, Nepali Congress (NC), CPN-UML and United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) scheduled this afternoon will attempt to hammer out consensus on Truth and Reconciliation Commission, rank determination of former Maoist combatants integrated into Nepal Army among others.

The meet of four parties held at the Secretariat of the Army Integration Special Committee, New Baneshwor yesterday evening had also entrusted a four-member taskforce with the responsibility to finalise the bill on Truth and Reconciliation Commission by Monday morning.
