Boruto: Naruto the Movie

Boruto: Naruto the Movie is a film based on the manga seires ‘Naruto’ by ‘Masashi Kishimoto’. The movie is going to be directed by Hiroyuki Yamashita.

This movie can be seen first teased in the post-credits scence of the previous Naruto movie ‘The Last: Naruto the Movie’. This movie tells us about the next generation of ninja, particularly Naruto Uzumaki and Hinata Hyuga’s son Boruto, and Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura Haruno’s daugter Sarada. The creator of the original series will also be involved in this project.

The plot for this movie begins as, Boruto Uzumaki, the son of the seventh hokage Naruto Uzumaki, having heard of Naruto’s heroic deeds, wished to surpass his father. Boruto then meets his father’s friend and rival Sasuke Uchiha and requests to be trained by him.

Boruto will be voiced by Yuko Sanpei and Sarada will be voiced by Kokoro Kikuchi. The original voice of Naruto and Sasuke, Junko Takeuchi and Noriaki Sugiyama respectively, will return to play their role in the movie.

The movie is scheduled to be released in August 7, 2015.
