4 Oct-Kathmandu: The Election Commission (EC) has drawn government’s attention to make reliable arrangement for full security of all candidates and directed the government to arrange effective treatment to the injured candidate.
An unidentified gang opened fire and injured CPN-UML’s candidate for the Constituent Assembly (CA) in Bara District Constituency No. 4, Mahammud Alam, in Lipanimal VDC-8 nearby Chausati factory at 11.30 am this morning, stated a press release issued by EC Spokesperson Bir Bahadur Rai.
