30 Oct, Biratnagar: Properties worth Rs 700,000 gutted in a fire that broke out on Monday in a cotton factory located at Namaste Tole of Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City-5, Sunsari.
According to Province No. 1 Office of Nepal Police in Biratnagar, goods including cotton, machines and the entire clothes were gutted to cinder in the fire that occurred in Green Cotton Factory of Kiran Ghale.
Police said that the fire was brought under control with the help of local residents and police personnel.
