Minister for Health, Ram Janam Chaudhary, has said the government was committed to promoting public health services.

Inaugurating a building constructed for the Prithvi Chandra Hospital at Parasi today, Minister Chaudhary said the request for the permission of the construction of 51-bed hospital was immediately nodded.

He said providing easy and prompt health service to every people was the responsibility of the government. The Minister further informed that government has forwarded different programmes to this regard.

On the occasion, the Ramgram Municipality, District Development Committee and contractor company were honoured for their contribution to building the hospital construction.

Chairperson of the hospital development committee, Laxmi Chhetri, said the building for the 25-bed hospital was constructed at Rs 30 million with the support of the government of India. RSS
