Kamal Thapa

Kanchanpur, Oct. 23: Chairman of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Nepal, Kamal Thapa, has said the Constituent Assembly (CA) election was the final opportunity to the Nepali people.

Addressing a mass assembly and National Unity Journey organized by Kanchanpur District Committee of the RPP Nepal here on Wednesday he said, “The Second CA election was the final opportunity to the country and people here.”

Chairman Thapa warned that if the political parties did not use their conscience in the election, it would be a great treachery to people.

Thapa claimed that the past CA was dissolved due to wrong practice during the last seven years. “It was unfortunate that the constitution was not promulgated even by spending over than Rs. 100 billion in the first CA.”

Leader Thapa said the political parties should correct the mistakes committed in the past and move ahead for the overall development of the country.

Thapa claimed that the RPP Nepal would lead to write the constitution that is acceptable to the former rebels and the kings and urged voters to vote for his party in the upcoming CA election. RSS
