Sushil Koirala
17 August, Kathmandu: Nepali Congress president Sushil Koirala on Saturday received the chairmanship of the High Level Political Committee (HLPC) for a period of one month for the second time.
The Committee’s chairmanship changes every month on a rotation basis among the four political parties represented in the Committee. Before Koirala, UCPN (Maoist) chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal headed the Committee completing his two terms as the Committee’s chair.
