A Belgium national who recently toured different places of Kaski has said Nepal is safe for visit even after the major earthquake that rattled the country in last April.
Prof Dr Mathieu Vanfenbulcke from Belgium, who trekked from Nayapool to Punhill recently, said Nepal’s tourism sector is safe and equally beautiful even after the disaster.
According to him, he travelled different places of Nepal even locating at an attitude of over 3,000 meters with Alzheimer’s patients to give a message that people with such disease too can visit higher lands.
On the occasion, Mr Vanefenbulcke said he is making a documentary about Nepal’s major tourist destinations Pokhara and Annapurna Circuit to give a message to the international community that Nepal is safe for visit and highlight splendid beauty of these major tourist destinations.
Amount to be collected from the screening of documentary will be spent in the treatment of Alzheimer’s patients.
