Four women of Parasan VDC in Kanchanpur district taken under control by Indian forest guards have been rescued by Nepal police today.
Manodari Rawal, Setu BK, Mina Adhikari, and Nirmala Dahal of Parasan-3 were taken under control for entering the prohibited zone of the Indian Dudhuwa National Park when they were there for fetching grass and firewood.
The Nepal police team of led by Inspector Nripa Shah of the Area Police Office, Tribhuwanbasti freed them by making them pay fines. They were taken under control at 7:00 am and were released after five hours in mediation of the police.
Indian forest guards are learnt to have said that they were taken under control as taking grass and firewood is barred in the national park. RSS
