6 Nov, Palpa: An all party meeting called by Local Body Restructuring Technical Support Committee on Friday has proposed 10 local units under a new federal set up in the district.
The meeting has proposed two municipalities and eight village units.
Local development officer Krishna Prasad Pandey shared that the proposal was prepared after receiving suggestions from lawmakers and political parties for the same.
He further said that all decisions regarding name and service centres would be finalized in today’s meeting. RSS
