5 March, Kathmandu: A meeting of the ruling CPN (Maoist Centre) central office has suggested to the government to create conducive environment for holding local level elections after endorsing the constitution amendment proposal from Parliament.

The suggestion was made at a time when the incumbent government has set the local level election date for Mary 14.

The meeting held in the Capital under the chairmanship of Prime Minister and Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal also urged the government to continue dialogue with all political parties including Madhesi Morcha in relation to the constitution amendment and local level polls, said Maoist Centre Spokesperson Pampha Bhusal.

The meeting also discussed the efforts to let Madhesi Morcha participate in the polls by increasing the number of local units, she said.
