20 Sept, Lalitpur: Nepali Congress (NC) senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel has said the inclusion and proportional system enshrined in the constitution should be translated in to practice.

At a seminar organized by the Association of Nepal Indigenous Nationalities here today, he claimed that only the NC has adopted the principles to uplift the suppressed communities.

On the occasion, he appreciated the roles of indigenous communities for the massive political changes in the country.

The leader also said that agriculture revolution was needed to make the country economically sound adding that the income of Nepalis would remarkably increase through the modernization of agriculture and tourism promotion.

NC chief whip Chinkaji Shrestha and Association’s chairman Indra Bahadur Gurung noted that implementation of inclusion and proportional system in the state organs would ensure promotion of indigenous communities.RSS
