President Bidya Devi Bhandari has expressed happiness that King of Bhutan, Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuk, and the Queen have been blessed with the first child, Gyalsey, on February 5.
Sending a message on Sunday, President Bhandari congratulated the Bhutanese King and Queen and their family and the people there on this joyous moment. She also wished the royal baby a healthy and happy life.
