9 Oct, Kathmandu: A meeting of the Council of Ministers today decided to amend the procedure relating to providing house building loan to earthquake victims and ensure the loan on the basis of collective surety. This loan is interest-free.
Talking to media persons following the meeting, Finance Minister Gyanendra Bahadur Karki informed about the meeting decision.
Likewise, the meeting agreed to approve the organogram of National Resource and Fiscal Commission, according to the Minister.
