Terrorists attack CRPF camp in Srinagar: 5 jawans, two militants killed; 7 injured

SRINAGAR : Four paramilitary police and two militants have died in an ambush on security forces in Srinagar, the main city of Indian Kashmir, a senior police officer told AFP on Wednesday.
“Four CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force) men were killed in the suicide attack on a group of about 25 men who were on duty,” said the police officer, who asked not to be named because he was not authorised to speak to the media.
