The Sports Science Academy of Nepal (SAN) under the National Sports Council has on Saturday honoured members of the Nepali U-14 team, who recently played friendly cricket tournaments held at Kolkata and Medinipur in India.

At a programme organised here on Saturday, Minister for Youth and Sports, Daljit Shreepaili, NSC Member-Secretary, Keshav Kumar Bista and SAN Executive Director Dr Prakash Pradhan, among others honoured the team.

The cricketers honoured were Priyanshu Shrestha, Bhagarba Chataut, Rishonman Malekhu, Kshitiz Neupane, Hridaya Giri, Awiskar Joshi, Rohit Rana, Bipin Dhahi, Kaushal Shrestha, Nischal Amatya, Nitish Karna, Swroop Shrestha, Aryan Swami Thapa, Ronak Parajuli, Pemba Lama, Kalil Giri, Prashan Adhikari and Prithvi Ghimire.

Also felicitated on the occasion were the trainees who passed through the Cricket Coaching Course Advanced Level-2 conducted by SAN.
