7 Oct, Chitwan: CPN (Masal) general secretary and senior leftist leader Mohan Bikram Singh has welcomed the recently developed leftist alliance.
In a press meet here today, leader Singh termed the alliance as a positive move adding that the alliance should not be concentrated only on upcoming elections.
He further stressed on the unity of all leftist parties in some agendas. However, there is no immediate possibility of unification of all communist parties in the country, he added.
On another note, leader Singh reiterated that his party was still against federalism. He argued that federalism could not be established only by means of the local elections.
