The Australian government funded international badminton project has distributed sports materials to 20 schools in Bhaktapur district.
At a programme held by Nepal Badminton Association and Bhaktapur District Badminton Association at Bageshwori Higher Secondary School, Shuttle Time Nepal, which is funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Australia, provided the sports equipment.
The 20 schools were provided badminton kits which included 10 rackets each, six shuttlecocks and a net each, Bhaktapur District Badminton Association First Vice Chairman, Nabin Prajapati said.
