21 April, Banepa: Minister for Home Affairs Bimalendra Nidhi said that the government will not make any compromise in maintaining security in view of the local poll assuring all to participate in election.

Speaking in a central region level security seminar in Dhulikhel of Kavrepalanchok district today, Minister Nidhi added that Biplav-led party’s activities were creating security challenge in the district.

He directed the security officials to adopt effective mechanism for the overall election activities.

The Home Minister added that how to make the election fair, fear-free and impartial was the common responsibility of all. Minister Nidhi added that the government will take strong action against those involved disturbing the election.

CDOs and chiefs of security bodies of 11 districts are attending the seminar. RSS
