Mangalbare (Ilam), Nov. 22: Subas Chandra Nembang of the CPN (UML) has won the election to the Constituent Assembly (CA) from the Ilam Constituency No. 2.
Nembang’s nearest rival Bheshraj Acharya of the Nepali Congress has obtained 12,828 votes.
Nembang has got a victory with a difference of 2,014 votes against his nearest competitor, according to the Office of the Returning Officer. RSS
