22 Oct, Kathmandu: CPN (UML) chairman KP Sharma Oli has said that no one can now stop the elections from taking place.

The UMl chairman said this to a delegation of the Reporters Club Nepal led by its president Rishi Dhamala that had gone to his residence to extend Tihar greetings to him today.

“The election will now be held in a free, fair and fear-free manner. The country has become engrossed in election,” he said.

Reporters Club and the ABC Indreni Cultural Group had gone to the Oli residence in Balkot, Bhaktapur today with a cultural programme which had the message of making the election successful for the betterment of the country.

On the occasion, UML chairman Oli extended best wishes to the delegation, the cultural group and through them to all the Nepali sisters and brothers in connection with the Tihar, Nepal Sambat and Chhath festivals.

He also urged the people to make best use of their votes in the election as according to him each vote would contribute to institutionalizing the changes that have been achieved through people’s sacrifices. RSS
