11 Oct, Baitadi: The chairman of Dogadakedar Rural Municipality, Ward No. 4 in Baitadi district has passed away in course of medical treatment.
The ward chair, 52-year-old Man Bahadur Bista, was receiving treatment at a hospital in Bareilly, India. He was taken there after he was down with a sudden spurt of fever on Friday.
Bista died on Tuesday, said Prayag Raj Panta, the Dogadakedar Rural Municipality, Ward No. 4 secretary. He said Bista was struck by fever while chairing the rural municipality executive committee meeting on Friday. Bista is survived by his wife and two sons. Bista was elected the ward chairman on CPN (UML) ticket in the local level election. RSS
