25 March, Kathmandu: The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a charge sheet against Nayab Subba of the District Coordination Committee, Kathmandu, Gobardhan Khadka, at the Special Court on Friday.
According to CIAA Spokesperson, Jibraj Koirala, Khadka was involved in evading VAT amount by making fake bill pad for the collection of tax for the sale of sand, pebble and stone. Similarly, Khadka is also charge of taking Rs 400,000 in bribe.
The charge sheet against Khadka was filed demanding maximum punishment. RSS
