MOSCOW, Sept. 13 (Xinhua) — About three dozen people were missing after a fire broke out at a nursing home for mentally disabled seniors northwest of Moscow, local media reported early Friday morning.
Twenty-three people have been evacuated from the facility, which is located in Novgorod region and accommodates about 60 people, according to Itar-Tass news agency.
On April 26, 38 people were killed when a fire engulfed a psychiatric hospital near Moscow in the early morning.
