Different organisations from India have provided a large quantity of educational materials to the earthquake-affected students here.

Sewa International, Rastriya Sewa Bharati, Sewa Sahayog and Youth for Sewa, among other organisations handed over the educational materials worth over Rs 30 million through the Hindu Volunteers Association, Bhairahawa.

At a programme organised to hand over the educational materials, General Secretary at the Rastriya Sewa Bharati, Rishipal Gaduwal, said that the educational materials were provided to 35,000 Nepali students to help them at a time when they are facing hard time due to the quake.

Chief District Officer of Rupandehi, Bishnu Prasad Dhakal, drew the attention of all the organisations donating the education materials to provide relief as well as other materials in the remote areas too.

Programme Coordinator Mahesh Bikram Karki thanked all the international organisations for their help. RSS
