2 Sept, Kathmandu: The government has urged Dr Govinda KC to break his hunger strike and return to regular works while making clear that directive was already issued to the agencies concerned for the implementation of recommendations furnished by the Kedar Bhakta Mathema Taskforce.

Issuing a statement issued here today, the Office of Prime Minister and Council of Ministers (OPMCM) said taht, “The 2072 BS Report of High-Level Taskforce on Formulating Education Policy’ has been circulated to the authority concerned for implementation.

Pledging to keep efforts for improving health service and medical education, the government has urged Dr KC to energize the concerned sectors in delivering health service to the people after breaking the ongoing hunger strike.
