Coordinator of the Terai Madhes National Campaign (TMNC) Jay Prakash Prasad Gupta has said their campaign was not against the Constituent Assembly (CA) election.
Inaugurating a meeting of the Terai Madhes National Campaign National Council here today, he said there will be no meaning of election if there is no agreement on the basis of basic principles of constitution.
