President Bidya Devi Bhandari has arrived in Saptari today.
The President arrived here in connection with inaugurating the pavilion for the Rudra Chandi Mahayagya religious function being held at the famous Chhinnamasta Bhagawati temple.
The President is also scheduled to offer special worship at the temple, according to the temple priest.
