28 Nov, Kathmandu: An aircraft of Tara Air met with an accident on the runway of Simkot Airport in Humla this morning.
No human casualty was reported in the incident, Chief District Officer of Humla Laxmi Prasad Baskota told RSS.
The Tara Air plane with the call sign 9N-ABM crashed on the runway during take-off injuring three crew members. The injured are receiving treatment in the District Hospital, Humla.
A total of 13 police personnel were returning to Surkhet in the plane after completing their duty for polls of House of Representatives and State Assemblies. Details of the incidents are awaited. RSS
