24 Nov, Bhaktapur:

Former Minister and patron of Aastha Nepal, a humanitarian organization, has donated medicines to different four health posts in the district.

The organization collected the medicines which were provided to the health posts as the health posts, centres and hospitals were reeling under the medicine shortage due to obstruction in supplies.

While handing over the medicines to the health posts, Basnet said that India has failed to be a good friend by imposing border blockade that has badly affected the normal life in the country.

The inhuman activities such as vandalizing ambulances and obstructing the supply of medicines have proved that the ongoing Tarai protest was against the people, patron Basnet added.

The different 38 types of medicines worth Rs 268,000 were provided to the health posts at Sirutar, Balkot, Dadhikot and Gundu, it is learnt.
