16 August, Kathmandu: Chairperson of UCPN (M), Pushpa Kamal Dahal, has said that the chief responsibility of guaranteeing the second Constituent Assembly election falls on his party by virtue of being the biggest political party in the country.
Addressing a training program for the UCPN (M) cadres organised in the capital as part of the party’s election centric programs, Dahal stated being the biggest party of the country also brings all sorts of responsibilities and at the moment it is the responsibility of UCPN (M) to give a way out to crisis facing the country.
Dahal also stressed on the need to promulgate the much-awaited new constitution from the second Constituent Assembly in order to institutionalize the political gains of the country. He explained that his party left the leadership of the government keeping in view the upcoming election.
