1 Aug, Kathmandu: A meeting of the Legislature-Parliament Friday unanimously endorsed a proposal tabled seeking consideration on the ‘Public Procurement (first amendment) Bill-2072 BS’.
Similarly, in the meeting, Minister for Health and Population Khagaraj Adhikari presented the proposals seeking consideration on the ‘Vaccination Bill, 2071’ and ‘Pokhara Health Science Academy, 2071 BS’ which were endorsed unanimously.
Likewise, Minister for Law, Justice, Constituent Assembly and Parliamentary Affairs Narhari Acharya, on behalf of the Prime Minister, tabled the proposal seeking review on the ‘Public Procurement ( first amendment) Bill’.
In today’s meeting, a proposal was tabled seeking consideration on the “Bill to amend Nepal Acts- 2072 BS’ to establish gender equality and prevent gender-based violence. Legislation Committee President Ganga Chaudhary presented the proposal.
Similarly, Minister for Health and Population Adhikari presented the ‘Human Organs Transplantation (first amendment) Bill, 2072 BS’ in the meeting.
The next meeting of the Legislature Parliament will take place at 15:00 pm, August 2.
