16 June, Kathmandu: Minister without portfolio, Prabhu Sah, has got the portfolio Friday.
Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba assigned the responsibility of the Ministry of Urban Development to Prabhu Sah.
Sah was appointed the Minister without portfolio on June 7.
