Kathmandu, Feb. 22: Constituent Assembly (CA) Chairperson Subas Nembang has said he would make efforts to convene the House sessions on time.

Talking to journalists at his office on Friday, he further said his attention was drawn to the delay in convening of the meetings in the past and pledged for keeping to the time from now on.

Today’s meeting of the Legislature-Parliament was delayed by 20 minutes due to belated presence of the government in the House.

Prime Minister Sushil Koirala and Minister Dr Ram Sharan Mahat arrived slightly late in Parliament after giving prior information due to the ongoing meeting of the Nepali Congress Parliamentary Board.

Meanwhile, Chairperson Nembang on Friday directed the CA secretariat to make necessary arrangements for journalists for ease in news reporting and dissemination. RSS
